Warranty Policy


All machines purchased come with 2 or 3-Year manufacturer’s warranty covered by the manufacturer .

Misuse, abuse or water damage will nullify the warranty period.
The user is responsible to return the machine to our warehouse and we will work with the manufacturer for repairs/replacement and return your unit back to you.
This process takes 3-6 weeks.

If newly purchased machines, masks or accessories is received defective, please contact us within 30 days of the original ship date.
